Delete your Clarly account

You can delete your Clarly account and the data linked to it at any time. Choose the option that suits you.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open Clarly and go to the Profile tab.
In the Account card, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request it here

Uninstalled the app or can’t sign in? Send us a request below and we’ll delete your account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account details: name, email address and account identifier.
Your saved progress and preferences (lessons, XP, streaks, goals, settings).

What is kept

Purchase records held by Google Play and our subscription provider, for as long as required by accounting and tax laws.
Data stored only on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel a Clarly Pro subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
